Counselors are the heart behind the program. As positive role models, they have the unique opportunity to connect with their campers and create the ultimate camp experience.
Many of our counselor began in our program as campers and frequently reflect on the lifelong impact their counselors had on them. They strive to continue sharing the joy of camp with each new generation of campers.
We only select those of the highest moral character, dedication, and passion for youth development to serve as counselors at camp. If you think you're up to the challenge, then fill out our counselor application below. Once completing the application, please also register for camp here.

***counselors will be expected to attend counselor training the evening of Friday, June 28 and will be able to stay the night at the camp. Campers will arrive the morning of Saturday, June 29.

Social Media Requirements

All volunteer applications should show at least 3 social media posts promoting camp on their personal account or shared to our Cabins4Kids account between now and May 1. Posts on personal pages should tag @cabins4kids. Please describe your plan below for posting and what social media platforms you will use. I understand that if I am selected, I am expected to fulfill my commitment of fundraising and promoting Cabins4Kids on social media. I commit to regularly checking my e-mails and maintaining clear communication with Cabins4Kids board members. I also acknowledge that I will be expected to participate in counselor training led by a Cabins4Kids board member the evening of Friday, June 28, the day before camp starts. By neglecting to fulfill my responsibilities and commitments I acknowledge that I forfeit my opportunity to attend camp as a counselor or be a part of any or all future Cabins4Kids events.
